Can some kind person review a sentence for correct structure?

I was unfairly graded on my paper and the only sentence I can't argue over is: "Another example would be someone with CIPA could have appendicitis and not know which could result in a burst appendix." This will be the last question I bother anyone here with...thank you to all you KIND people.
