Is this diet good? How many pounds can I lose?
This sounds good as long as it is still enough for you to function normally. If you feel hungry or sick all day then this well not workout very well for you. Also you still have to remember to get some regular exercising scheduled since this probably would not cause you to lose weight if you sat around all day. Results may vary so I have no idea how much you can lose, but I do know that it is healthy to lose no more than 2 or pounds per week. If you somehow lose 10 pounds in one week that really is not good for your overall health.
