Cute date outfit?

I'm a girl, sorry my avatar pic won't show up! I'm Asain-American, very petite. My boyfriend is taking me out for a celebration date this weekend, and I really want to look dazzling! I have a really funky, fun/sy style, pieced together with vintage and trendier mainstream pieces. I'm 25, and it's a more upscale place. I have a pretty good budget to shop with, but would perfer not to spend ridiculously on one piece..ideas anyone?!
