Do you feel the tumbs up & down on your answers discourages people from speaking their true mind?

Some people do get discourage from saying what's on there mind, but I NEVER get discouraged I always speak my mind regardless of anything. People will always have there own opinions on certain matters and won't always agree with other, so people should be able to have there own say.
