How do I take the metra from Arlington Heights, Illinois to the chicago air and water show?

All the trains are going to end at the station in Chicago. As long as you get on a train going in to chicago and not out of chicago you will be fine. you will end up a Union station downtown. walk, take a taxi, bus or trolley from there.
