My Dog has anger problems?????Wat should I do???

My dog J.J. has anger problems....she bites ppl and other dogs.She is a mini snauzer and we have another dog who is much bigger and jj bites her and aggressively bites,barks,growls and attacks me and my other dog!!!!!!!!!!!!Im scared because my mom is threatining to get rid of her if she dosent get better!!!!!!We have had her spayed so idk wat else 2 do!!!!It would help alot if u can ansure this question quick!!!!!????!?!?
