Does anyone know of any funding or grant money available in ohio to help with huge vet bills.?

my dog tore her acl in january and had to have surgery =$2000.00. well they told me there was a chance her other leg would go and dam if they weren;t right. cant really afford another $2000.00 but have no choice. my dog is my baby!!! i am looking for financial help!!!!
