One more question (about appendicitis)HELP?

I am beginning to think this is appendicitis, the more I look this up and do symptom checker. I do a very detailed checker on webmd. After I type this I am going to the (oh lord) ER. I just want to know I am going for a good reason to warrent using my insurance. I am just curious the pain... is it ONLY near the belly on? When the doc presses down in several areas will it hurt in all those areas? I HATE pain and doctors :( or just the one area the appendex are in? For example if the main pain area is say... 2 inches away from the bellyon and he presses, like 4 inches away will the pain be as intense??
