Palin, Bachmann, O'Donnell, why do conservatives like their woman so stupid?

I know that there are some fairly intelligent, knowledgeable conservative women so the rise to prominence of those women you mentioned is rather peculiar. Perhaps there is a type of ism among conservatives that requires that women who would be able to attract the attention of conservatives at the national level be very stupid. It is an interesting phenomenon.
