Sentence case capitalisation after numeral?

it is, essentially, your choice if you capitalize the first letter or not. But, if this is a more formal thing, I suggest capitalizing, and probably tabbing so that everything would be more organized (well, you possibly did, but I just can't see it because Yahoo!A doesn't show excess spacings), and all of the things are lined up.
