Sitting on a time bomb! help!!!?

for the last 15 years or so ive struggled with some of the most awful desires imaginable but my faith in Christ has always kept me strong enough to not offend but its getting worse every day so I wanna seek counselling..what type of counsellor specialises in crimes? FYI: any insulting answers will be reported! yes i'm sick I dont need you to tell me that
