________@z4.brownpie32.com-Wha… are these? Where do these emails originate?

Some also have other .coms on them. They always have women's names on them, sometimes suggestive subject lines or names ("HornyBiGirl") or invitations ("Are we still meeting today?" or "I'm interested in you."). They have very short messages inside, sometimes claiming to have "viewed his profile", and a link, which I have resisted the temptation to click on, because I don't really know what these are. I want to know if some female is really trying to contact my significant other. I also want to know how to stop these PERMANENTLY. Any useful solutions anyone can provide would be great.
